My 19 year old nephew Ryan came to stay with us to help us out with the babies for a few weeks while he tried to figure out what he wanted to do with his life.  Ryan is 21 and has been with us almost two years now, just long enough to get us all good and attached to him, but he's leaving us in the morning to head out for Army bootcamp at Fort Sill.  I've been really sad for the past week knowing that the date was coming up, but now I'm getting worried about the kids and their reactions when they finally realize that he's not coming back.  They have all fallen in love with Ryan and he's sure been a HUGE help to us all the way from late night bottle feedings way back when, to the current potty training issues.  Poor thing - bootcamp will probably be a vacation for him!  It should hurt my feelings that he's pretty excited about going.  Good luck Ryan - we love you and we'll all miss you terribly!
