We actually pulled it off this year with NO blood or injuries, and only a minimum of crying and whining.  It was impossible to get everyone to smile at once, but at least we were all IN the photo!  Last year we couldn't even get everyone together in one shot so this was a major achievement.  Maybe next year we can work on getting everyone to say "cheese" while looking in the same direction.  In fact, in the shot we chose for this year's Christmas card, NO ONE is looking at the camera.  It's hilarious!  I just hope that everyone else thinks so when they get to see it
